This documentary is about the “Philadelphia Eleven”; eleven women who were ordained as priests in the Episcopal Church on July 29, 1974, at the Church of the Advocate in Philadelphia. This ordination was two years before the General Convention officially authorized the ordination of women. Sponsored by the Christ Episcopal Church. This event is a fundraiser and donation drive for the Women’s Resource Center of the NRV.
